These terms govern use of Legion Fiber LLC’s websites and app. By using them you agree to these terms.
Use of services. Our sites and app are for prospective and current Legion Fiber sales representatives and customers. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the services lawfully.
SMS program terms
Program name. Legion Fiber Recruiting, operated by Legion Fiber LLC.
Purpose. We send text messages to people who have applied to work with us, about their job application, interview scheduling, and onboarding updates. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.
How you opt in. You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our application page at legionfiber.app/apply, or by giving us your phone number and agreeing to receive texts through one of our job postings. The box is not checked for you, and consent is not a condition of employment. You can apply, interview, and be hired without ever agreeing to texts; we will reach you by email and phone call instead.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies, and depends on where you are in the hiring process.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for these messages; your mobile carrier may.
How to stop. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts from this program.
How to get help. Text HELP for help, or contact us at the address below.
Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed on every carrier or device.

SMS program terms for customers
Program name. Legion Fiber customer texts, operated by Legion Fiber LLC.
Who sends them. Legion Fiber LLC, an independent sales company whose representatives sell fiber internet for providers such as Kinetic and EzeeFiber. Each text comes from the work number of the Legion Fiber representative you met at your door.
Why we send them. To follow up on the internet service you asked about at your door, at your request.
What we send. Texts from your sales representative’s work number about the internet service you asked about: a contact card so you can save the representative, answers to your questions, follow ups about your interest, and reminders about your installation date. Messages come from a person, or from a short automated follow up sequence that person set up; you can always reply and a person answers.
How you opt in. You opt in at your door, by giving a Legion Fiber representative your mobile number for follow up texts. The representative taps Save and Text, and the app records your consent with the time, the representative and the wording. We do not text customers who have not agreed. Message frequency. Message frequency varies. Automated follow ups are at most one message a day, for a short sequence, and only between 9am and 9pm in your local time. Replies from your representative are not limited.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your carrier apply; Legion Fiber does not charge you for texts.
How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and nothing further. Replying START re opens texts. STOP ends texts from every Legion Fiber representative’s work number, not only the one you replied to.

Privacy. See our Privacy Policy. Your phone number, your name and your text opt in consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Accounts. Representative accounts are provisioned by Legion Fiber and may be suspended or removed at our discretion. You are responsible for activity under your account.
No warranty. Services are provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legion Fiber disclaims all warranties and limits its liability to the amount you paid us to use the services, which is typically zero.
Changes. We may update these terms and the privacy policy. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
